Welcome to Maison Ynoma
Maison Ynoma is an independent publishing house, rooted in literary depth and long-term vision.
We are devoted to contemporary fiction where narrative force, psychological nuance, and aesthetic beauty converge.
Our editorial line embraces works that dare to question, disturb, and move. Each manuscript is approached as a singular voice, crafted with precision and guided by a search for meaning.
At the heart of Maison Ynoma lies a conviction: literature is not only written — it is shaped, refined, and revealed, until it resonates beyond the page.
-
Maison Ynoma publishes literary and psychological works, selected for their depth, narrative power, and singular voice. Our editorial line focuses on works that question and resonate.
-
We work in two ways:
Through short open calls for submissions, announced on our website and social channels.
Through direct selection, when we encounter works aligned with our editorial vision.
Manuscripts can be submitted online during open submission periods.
-
Maison Ynoma welcomes manuscripts that explore the human condition through fiction: psychological novels, thrillers, noir fiction, and dystopias.
We do not publish fantasy, traditional science fiction (space opera, hard sci-fi), standalone poetry, or children’s literature.
In parallel, we collaborate with professionals — publishers, institutions, companies — bringing the same editorial rigor to translation, narrative development and creative projects.
In every case, the standard remains the same: one editorial vision, expressed in different forms.
Because at Maison Ynoma, every gesture — reading, editing, publishing — belongs to the same calling: shaping texts with precision and permanence.
Our Catalogue
Maison Ynoma’s catalogue presents contemporary fiction where narrative strength, psychological depth, and aesthetic resonance converge.
Each publication embodies our editorial vision: singular works that question, disturb, and endure.
What Was Left of Them…
– Magalie De Saeger
A brilliant woman. One suicide. One life shattered. And a string of inexplicable events she can no longer control.
Clarisse was a celebrated HR director — admired, respected, untouchable. Behind the charm, she slowly dismantled two women. One took her own life. The other was hit by a car — just after being psychologically destroyed, suspended, and pushed to the edge.
No one held Clarisse accountable.
Until… the algorithm shifted, an oddly quiet lawyer offered his help, and a body collapsed — not hers. Not yet.
Blending poetic prose, psychological tension, and the quiet rise of an unseen force, What Was Left of Them… is the first standalone novel in the Post Mortem saga — a literary descent into complicity, systemic blindness, and the invisible mechanisms of retribution.
Even Flowers Lie— Book 1: Odessa
– Laurence Appelmans
Behind the smiles, the weddings, the bouquets… the wounds remain.
Even Flowers Lie is a quiet, feminine saga that explores the lives hidden beneath appearances: marriages, motherhood, friendships — and silences.
Each book follows a different woman — gentle or fierce, clear-eyed or lost — facing the slow violence of a toxic bond. A manipulative husband. A friend who betrays. A judging family. A system that suffocates.
But here, the heroines are neither weak nor flawless. They doubt. They fall. And then… they rise.
Odessa opens the saga with a tale of seduction, erasure, and resilience, told in prose that lingers like perfume and cuts like glass.
At twenty-three, with paint-stained hands and dreams larger than her room, she longs for air — for a life beyond the silence of a house that never welcomed her. When Jacob enters her world — attentive, magnetic, impossibly certain — she believes, for a moment, that love might be a refuge.
But some shadows arrive disguised as warmth. They do not break you at once. They bend you, word by word, until your voice falters.
This is the story of a descent — and of the fragile threads that still hold when everything else collapses: friendship, art, and the stubborn will to rise. Even flowers lie. But they never forget.

Olfactive 8 – Magalie De Saeger
Coming – Fall 2026
Follow the scent—truth always finds its way back.
Following What Was Left Of Them, Magalie De Saeger delivers her second title: a suffocating dive into bonds that smother rather than protect.
A clinging scent, a mother who never learned to let go, a son who never learned to leave. When Angelika vanishes, the internet turns into an echo chamber: posts, audio, cameras—fear becomes collective, then anger. From overly sweet kitchens to frigid visiting rooms, Olfactive 8 dissects soft violence: possessive love, cowardice dressed as tenderness, and the moment justice abandons the courtroom and walks into the street.
Publish with Maison Ynoma
At Maison Ynoma, every voice is chosen with care. Our selections are guided by our editorial vision, favoring works that resonate through psychological depth, narrative power, and a distinctive style.
Most of our publications arise from direct invitations and carefully nurtured encounters with authors. At certain times, we also open short calls for submissions, announced on our website and channels.
What matters above all is not quantity, but the quality of the dialogue between a manuscript and our house. Each publication under the Ynoma label grows out of this encounter — like a meeting that happens at the right moment.
