At Maison Ynoma, every text is read with the same attention — as a voice seeking its place.
We welcome literary projects aligned with our editorial line: novels with a strong psychological depth, narrative force, and a sensitive, literary touch.

Submission Guidelines — Maison Ynoma

To have your manuscript reviewed by our editorial committee, please follow the guidelines below:

Language & Format

  • Manuscripts must be written in French or English.

  • Files should be submitted in Word (.doc/.docx) or PDF format.

  • We do not accept printed manuscripts or files sent by USB or CD.

Required Material

  • A complete synopsis (a clear overview of the story, including its major developments).

  • The first three chapters of the manuscript.

  • An author presentation: full name, pen name if applicable, contact details, and a short literary biography if available.

  • If the manuscript is unfinished: please provide a project pitch and an estimated word count.

Formatting

  • Standard font (Times New Roman or equivalent), size 12, line spacing 1.5.

  • Reasonable margins (e.g. 2 cm).

  • Pages should be numbered, with the author’s name and title in header or footer.

  • Carefully proofread text (grammar, spelling, consistency).

Rights & Guarantees

  • By submitting, you guarantee that you hold the rights to the manuscript and that it is not bound by any exclusivity clause elsewhere.

  • Maison Ynoma declines any responsibility for the loss of transmitted files: please keep your own copies.

Response Time

  • Our response time is approximately 3 to 4 months.

  • If your project is selected, we will contact you for the next steps: editing, correction, contract, and publication.
