• For “Sample-Read Consultation,” please upload up to 10 pages / 15,000 characters (including spaces) of your manuscript at least 48 hours before the session (Word or PDF, double-spaced).

• Coaching sessions do not include pre-reading.

Rescheduling & cancellations

• You may reschedule up to 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are charged in full.

• If we’re the cause of any delay, you receive a new slot or a full refund—your choice.
